Our Story

At “Nagres Masale,” we embarked on our spices manufacturing journey in 2012 with a simple yet profound vision: to bring the exquisite flavors of MarathMoli Gavran cuisine to every home. Our humble beginnings from a home-based setup saw the birth of our first product, the beloved “Sugran Gavran Rassa Masala.” From the very start, we took immense pride in preserving the time-honored traditions of spice blending, ensuring that each masala carries the authentic taste that our customers cherish.

2012

Shri. Sanjay Bhikaji Nagre registered the brand "SUGRAN" and launched the first product in the
market - "RASSA MASALA."

2013

The industry started as a home-based business in 2012 after receiving a loan of Rs 8 lakh from
PMGP on rented premises of 1400 square feet.

2014-2015

Delivery of spices to urban and rural areas by two-wheeler and four-wheeler was started. Five new
spices were introduced in the market this year:
Mutton Masala
Chicken Masala
Bang Masala
Kantaki Masala.
After acquiring the first commercial vehicle for the industry, the aroma of sugran Masala spread in
many districts and talukas.

2017

As the name Sugran Masala was not registered as a company name, its name had to be changed to
Nagre’s Masala. Despite incurring financial losses to the company, we bought 10000 sq feet of land
to increase production unit on our own premises.

2018-2019

Nagre’s Masala saw a growing graph for the company. This year, construction was completed, and
the company began operations in its own premises.

2022

The company ventured into digital marketing platforms like Amazon and Meesho for business
growth

2023

Building on its success, Nagre’s Masala experienced a significant surge in sales and popularity. The
addition of Marathi actress Kishori Shahane as the brand ambassador further elevated the
company's visibility and appeal, amplifying its reach to a wider audience across Maharashtra and
beyond.

2024

In 2024, Nagre’s Masala experienced unprecedented growth in both sales and popularity.
Additionally, the company received the prestigious Marathwada Udyojak Ratna Award, cementing
its position as a leader in Marathwada. Further, Nagre’s Masala was honored with the Maharashtra
Entrepreneur Award by reseal.in, solidifying its reputation as an exemplary enterprise within the
state
